Reverse Osmosis 75 GPD PRO RO/DI Filter and a Rinsing Valve
The complete reverse osmosis with a three-degree pre-filtration contains:
Mechanical pre-filter 5 microns
The filtration insert of the RO pre-filter is made of polypropylene and is used for removing the sediment particles up to the size of 5 microns. The fibres are resistant to common chemical substances and also to the creation of bacteria. The mechanical pre-filter is supposed to be changed after 3 to 6 months according to the level water pollution. After the filtration insert is polluted, it decreases the performance of the reverse osmosis.
Pre-filter active coal
The filtration insert of the pre-filter RO is made out of a specifically sintered active coal, keeping high density and ability to remove chlorine and other pollution from the water. These inserts are specifically made for the reverse osmosis. Active coal with a greater osmosis has a bigger filtration surface, ensuring higher performance. The insert with active coal is supposed to be changed after 3 to 6 months, because chlorine, contained in the drinking water, damages the membrane of the reverse osmosis.

Membranes 75 GPD or 100 GPD
A membrane 75 GPD – capacity of water pipelines in common conditions in the Czech Republic is approximately 130-150 litres/24 hours (pressure 3.5 bar, temperature 14°C)
A membrane 100 GPD – capacity of water pipelines in common conditions in the Czech Republic is approximately 200-250 litres/24 hours (pressure 3.5 bar, temperature 14°C)
RO/DI (refillable) in-line filter
The “mixbed” PUORLITE (mixture of anions and cations) of the highest quality. If you want to have ultra-clear water, you can use this mixture as an addition in cleaning.
Production of 99% of clean water.
It is possible to reach a conductivity of less than 0,1uS/cm. Rozhodující doplňkové dočištění při větším znečištění vstupní vody např. fosfáty či silikáty. It can be used as additional cleaning when the initial water is more polluted by e.g. phosphates or silicates. Regular tap water can be polluted by them. It is suitable especially for sea aquatics or laboratories. After depletion, the filling can be changed.
- Lifespan approximately 100 – 1600 liters (according to the level of pollution). We recommend regular measuring of mixed water.
- The capacity of the filling is approximately 0.4 liters.

Rinsing valve is used for an intensive rinsing of the membrane. For example, after the unit was put out of operation for longer than 5-7 days, there can be a bacterial growth on the surface of the membrane, which clogs its delicate pores.
By using it regularly, we prolong the lifespan of the membrane.
